Welcome to the Parents' Corner of All 4 Kids 2, LLC. We are happy to have you and your little learner in our community. We appreciate your effort in your child's education and future. IMPORTANT POLICES
Admission Policy
​
A child is considered to be enrolled in the center only after the registration fee had been received, the administrator confirms the availability of space and the required paperwork is received. This includes basic enrollment and health information. Any change to this information must be communicated to the office immediately so that current information is always on file. This is for the safety of your child. A medical form signed by a physician or certified nurse practitioner is required to be submitted within 30 days of admission. This medical must be updated every 13 months.
Inclement Weather

On rare occasions, it may be necessary to close the center due to poor weather conditions. We will make every effort to open our doors at the normal time. If circumstances should arise, watch television channel 11 for closing information. On these occasions, regular payment is expected.
Arrival/ Departure​

During business hours please feel free to visit at any time. If there would be any special instructions, special messages, medications, special pick-up notes, etc. are given to the teacher. Children may not be dropped off at the entrance of building or be sent inside alone. Staff must be aware of each child’s presence before the parents depart. All children will be sign in and out by an adult. At the time of pick-up parents are asked to make contact with their child’s supervising staff member to ensure that staff is aware that the child has been picked up. Parents are responsible for supervision of their child before and after sign-in. No child is permitted to be passed over the playground fence for pick up or drop off.
Late Pick-Up​
​
If a parent realizes that circumstances beyond their control are going to delay pick-up, a phone call is requested. This is important as many children fear they have been forgotten when parents do not arrive at their usual time. A late fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged after five minutes over. Late fees should be paid at late arrival or on the next day in attendance. Unpaid late fees will be charged the same $5.00 a day.
Meals and Snacks​

All 4 Kids 2, LLC will provide breakfast and snacks. Parents will pack a lunch each day. We ask that your lunch meal will consist of at least one element from each of the four basic (dietary, protein, 2 fruits/vegetables, and grain) food groups which supply 1/3 of the child’s basic recommended daily allowances. Meals that will be provided and serving times are as follows:
Breakfast: 7:30am
Snack: 10:00 am
Lunch: 11:30 am
Snack: 2:30 pm

Each of the snacks will contain at least two nutritional foods. The lunches and dinners will meet all day care licensing requirements. Please let us know ahead of time if your child is not permitted to have any type of foods due to allergies or religious beliefs.
Outside food: We enjoy celebrating children’s birthdays as special events at the center. If you wish to provide a special snack for your child’s group on his/her birthday, please check with your child’s teacher for suggestions.

Daily Schedule
The children’s daily schedule is flexible enough to provide adaptability when necessary but structured enough to provide predictability for the children. We want them to view their school as a safe and comforting place, where they know what to expect and when to expect it.- This is subjected to change.
A typical day for Infant/Toddler would include:
7:00a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Arrival/Breakfast/Clean up/Guided play
8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Circle Time
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Small group activities
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Restroom break, Snack break, Activity with Children
11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Outdoor play
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Wash hands
12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. Lunch
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Clean up, Restroom break, Nap
2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Restroom/Snack
3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Outdoor play
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Learning centers open/Small group activity
Managment of Illness​

All 4 Kids 2, LLC staff is dedicated to keeping all of our little learners safe and healthy to ensure this we ask that all of our parents keep their little learners at home if they are experiences any sick symptoms.
